Les employés à la réception étaient très sympathique. Le personnel qui s'occupent du ménage aussi. Les appartements sont propres et bien aménagés. L'emplacement est idéal soit près du traversier pour Lisbonne et de la station des autobus pour se déplacer. Il y a un bon choix de restos sur la rue piétonne des appartement Cacilhas. Le portugal est un beau pays.Pour expliquer le point négatif de notre confort qui n'était pas satisfaisant, voici la situation: Nous avions 6 réservations séparées avec Booking. com et avec Hotel . com sur une période consécutive de 21 nuits et il n'a pas été possible de garder le même appartement. Nous avons du changer d'appartement pour chacune des réservations. Ceci a affecté notre confort selon nous . A 5 reprises, nous avons été obligé de faire nos bagages, quitter l'appartement pour midi et on avait un autre appartement vers 3h00.
