Welcome to By the River – Lisbon Apartment, your tranquil retreat right on the banks of the Tagus River. Located in the Cacilhas area, this apartment combines the best of both worlds: proximity to Lisbon and the relaxed atmosphere of the south bank. In addition to the direct ferry connection to the centre of Lisbon, we are also just 15 minutes from the beaches of Costa da Caparica, with several public transport options nearby — ideal for exploring the city, the river and the sea with ease. The space This is a welcoming two-bedroom apartment, ideal for families, couples or small groups. Located on the 1st floor (accessible by stairs) of a typical building in Cacilhas, a few minutes from the ferry to Lisbon. The space includes a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, a sofa bed in the living room, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining table for 5 people, and two small balconies. The surrounding area is quite convenient, with several supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars a few metres from the property — perfect for those seeking comfort, authenticity and everything they need within easy reach. Traveller access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. The space is private and not shared with anyone else. Keys will be handed over personally upon arrival by a team member, who will be available to check you in, welcome you, and share any useful information about the space or the surrounding area. Other things to consider: • Accessible street parking, with a maximum cost of €4.80/day (free overnight and on Sundays). There are also other parking options nearby. We can provide more details if needed. • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. • Pets are not allowed. • Please respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
