"Upscale property. Was one of our favorite hotels in our travels through France and Germany. We stayed in the suite that had an infrared sauna. Super chic."

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "Très jolie petit hotel intimiste (seulement 6 chambres) aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et avec des matériaux haut de gamme dans une maison individuelle. Les plus: Jolie chambre. Literie confortable. Grande douche. Vue magnifique depuis le balcon sur la vallée du Rhin et les montagnes suisses. Piscine intérieure. Sauna. Bassin naturel extérieur. L'accueil par Werner.
