Dissappntimg experience

Firstly I received a call from a person from the hotel on the day of arrival that they are overbooked and wanted to offer me other hotel instead. I defined as I wanted to stay there for a good facilities they had. Then we arrived to hotel and most of wellness facilities weren’t working. Only one sauna of 4 was working and all water supply was broken, so after sauna you couldn’t take any cold shower. That was really annoying as we primarily wanted to stay there because of facilities. Staff didn’t offer any solutions neither. Overall hotel is very very old and I would rate it for 2-3 stars not for 4.5. Very disappointed by a stay there.

Was uns wirklich sehr gestört hat ist, daß der Whirlpool defekt war! Im Internet wird das nicht erwähnt was nicht in Ordnung ist! Die Fenster in Zi. 51 sind am Rahmen „schwarz und von Schimmel“ befallen. Schade, das im Restaurant nur ein 4 Gänge Menü angeboten wird. Gesamt gesehen denke ich, muss im Königshof in nächster Zeit so manches „renoviert“ werden um den Standard von 4 Sternen zu halten.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir sind schon mehr als 2Jahrzehnte Gäste in diesem Hause. Dieses Mal war es nicht so schön, da es im Restaurant und im Badebereich nicht so warm war wie sonst. Im Massagebereich gab es kein Wärmeverlust. Wird, wie überall, aufgrund der Energiekosten gespart, verständlich, aber für den Gast nicht so schön. Auch waren die Hauptspeisen diese Mal nicht so gut gelungen, da der Hauptkoch nicht anwesend war. Frühstück, Vorspeisen und Büfett waren jedoch, wie gewohnt, vorzüglich. Wir werden aber weiterhin dem Hause treu verbunden bleiben, da wir uns hier sehr wohl fühlen und das Personal sehr gut auf die Gäste eingeht. Danke!

Hier lässt man es sich gut gehen!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und einem tollen Spa-Bereich. Hier wird Wellness groß geschrieben. Außer einem Süßwasser- gibt es auch einen Salzwasser-Pool, viele Saunen und viele tolle Massagen und Anwendungen. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet und Abendmenü lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Super tolles Hotel nur zum weiterempfehlen. Vom Hotel aus ist man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss in Oberstaufen Dorf. Von einem sauberen Zimmer, sehr grosser und toller Wellnessbereich, tolles und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Vom Namen her habe ich da wesentlich mehr erwartet. Das Hotel entspricht weder noch den Zimmern noch dem Frühstücksangebot einem 4*Haus. Die Zimmer sind düster eher angewohnt und da müsste man vieles renovieren. Einzig die beiden Schwimmbäder,eines davon sogar mit Meerwasser sind 4* würdig. Eine Panoramasauna sicht man hier auch vergebens. Hier stimmt einfach das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für das gebotene nicht.

War schon besser.......

Ich war vor 2 Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel. Mittlerweile wurde es an eine Hotel Kette verpachtet. Das Essen läßt zu wünschen übrig. Nicht angemessen für ein 4Sterne Hotel. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war normal. Überhaupt nichts Außergewöhnliches. Und der Platz war zu Corona Zeiten viel zu klein. Wir haben auch erfahren, dass kaum noch Stammkunden kommen, da das Hotel so nachgelassen hat. Schade

Nicht zufrieden mit dem Zimmer im neben Gebäude.

Unser Zimmer war nicht sauber Hundehaare und nicht nur einige, wahrscheinlich nicht gesaugt.! Badewanneneinstieg sehr hoch, wir bekamen dann ein anderes Zimmer im Haupthaus. Beim Büfett, ( Frühstück und Abenessen ) geht es sehr eng zu,den nötige Abstand kann mann hier nur selten einhalten.
