"Received confirmation and receipt from Expedia for this booking. But upon check-in I was informed they couldn't find my reservation in their system and there's no room available. Turned out they did not confirm 3rd party bookings and prioritized direct bookings. We had to look for another hotel to book as it was almost 8pm already and with 2kids in tow."

Staff was kind and helpful. I did purchase a hummus and pretzel food item that I found very stale. Decided not to purchase anything else from the little market on site."
