"This place was so cute and the staff were awesome! Hotel is so full of history! This was very close to Sycamore Gap at Hadrians Wall which is why we chose it. Parking is a bit of a challenge but the lady gave us a great tip on what time to come back and we were able to get a spot right in front! I can’t say enough nice things about the staff! So friendly! "Excellent atmosphere- very friendly towards dog- was very wet when we got there but there was a dog towel in hallway and dog bed in the room . Room very clean and unfussy. Hotel itself has a lovely comfortable cosy feel about it. Staff very attentive and food v good too! Would recommend! "
