"The cottage was pretty easy to find and nice to stay in but we like a little more privacy. Thanks!"

"Jennifer communicated well and was very prompt to respond. The weather wasn’t good when we were there so we didn’t get the opportunity to walk around the neighborhood or check out the lake, although the view of the lake was nice. Very family friendly, games, puzzles, tv etc."

"Perfect little spot. So peaceful & homey."

"What a great cabin to stay in. The cabin was clean, spacious and perfect location. I didn’t roam around the grounds much just due to the nature of my stay but what I saw were well kept and maintained. I wish I would have been able to walk the trails but just didn’t have the time. The view from the deck over looking the fields and pond was amazing. With the use of the provided binoculars you could see for miles. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area."

"Loved the view at the house on Demmon Lake. Cozy and cute!"

"My family really enjoyed our stay."

"Me and my girlfriend wanted a place to stay for the Bryson tiller concert and we couldn’t have chose a better place, the communication between me and host was great and they were very welcoming!!"

"It was a good place to go after hiking all day."

"It was the perfect size and location of a space for our overnight stop along the finger lakes!"

"This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again."

"Loved everything"

"Gorgeous property! Loved the decor and all the little touches that made it feel like home away from home. Super clean and very comfortable beds. It was a short and easy walk down to the lake and the Dockside Grill which had amazing food. "
