The property is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle and its valley to 7 Castles:
Upper part of an old house périgourdine of charm with 50 m2 terrace from where you enjoy revel in a wonderful panoramic view of the Dordogne, opposite the Milandes Josephine Baker.
Designed for 4 people, the proposed space consists of:
- Two elegant bedrooms with a double bed (160cm) and two single beds (90cm),
- a living room with dining area, kitchenette and living room with access through patio doors to the terrace,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 large terrace of 50m² with stunning views of the Dordogne
Sheets and towels are provided and included in the booking price.
In the immediate vicinity of the house, you can enjoy the following activities:
- Beach and swimming in the river: 2 mn on foot
- Canoeing: 10 min (La Roque Gageac, departure from the troglodyte city and journey through the valley and its majestic castles, many other departures exist).
- Market Saint Cyprien: Wednesday (in season) and Sunday (all year) mornings. This one is very famous for its local products.
- Picturesque places to visit:

Parfait....
Benjamin nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli dans sa belle maison dont la vue depuis la grande et magnifique terrasse est somptueuse.
La maison est à la croisée de tout ce qu’il y a à voir dans la région dans un rayon de 30 km.
Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Séjour au-delà de nos espérances
Nous avons passé une SEMAINE DE RÊVE!
Benjamin est un propriétaire aux petits soins de ses locataires, tout en sachant garder la juste distance. Il a pensé à plein de petits détails qui ont facilité notre séjour dont les chaussures de baignade pour se protéger des pierres au fonds de la Dordogne...Il est très chaleureux et nous a donné tous les conseils de visite que nous souhaitions, dont le marché gourmand d'Envaux à 1km à pied,qui fût un vrai régal !
L'appartement est mieux que sur les photos, il est frais même par fortes chaleurs. Nous aurions même dû prévoir plus de temps pour profiter de l'appartement et de la terrasse, tellement ils étaient agréables.
Un des atouts de ce logement est son calme et en même temps sa proximité de moult activités (à moins de 20mn en voiture).
La terrasse avec vue sur la Dordogne est IDYLLIQUE et le top est de descendre directement en maillot de bain pour se baigner dans la rivière et même la traverser!

Amazing property, beautiful area
This rental is everything I expected and more. The property is outstanding. The terrace looking out onto the river was beautiful. The property itself is clean and very characteristic. It's well equipped and the host couldn't not be more helpful. The area is scenic with restaurants and everything you need a short drive away. I would defiantly recommend this for a very relaxing and quite base for you to explore the many different areas and sights surrounding the property.

A very beautiful location right on the river with a beautiful view. Our host was very welcoming.
Our host responded quickly to our requests and the apartment is well equipped. The terrace is large and we ate most of our meals it. There are bicycle and canoe and kayak rentals close by as well as many restaurants and historic places of interest.

Muy agradable en general. Como he ido varias veces al Perigord Negro no voy a hacer una valoración de la región, de sus rios, paisaje, gastronomía, historia, castillos.
Si todo eso no me gustara, no volvería y desde hace seis años vuelvo siempre que puedo.
Lo que si me ha impresionado este año, es la casa de monsieur Baudequin, donde he pasado unos días inolvidables. El lugar donde se encuentra, sobre el rio Dordogne, su tranquilidad, su terraza, su confort...
Y desde luego la personalidad del mismo señor. Es cierto todo lo que dice en la webb.

location agréable en bord de dordogne
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location et avons largement profité de la terrase et des baignades dans la dordogne. Proche des lieux de visites.
L'appartement a du charme, rénové avec beaucoup de gout. Très propre. Séjournant à 4, avec 2 enfants en bas âge, la machine à laver le linge nous a manqué mais pour le reste tout est très bien équipé. La terrase offre un espcace extérieur particulièrement sympathique avec vue sur la dordogne, très apaisant ! Nous avons également aprécié votre accueil. Très bonne continuation...
