Had to ask for the heat to be turned on. After the room never got any warmer had to call front desk. They brought up a portable heater which did help. Turned heater off for the night and room temperature went back down by the morning.
Also, it’s necessary to navigate stairs to get to room. Elevator does not open at floor level

"Great motel but the owner handed me a $40 fine just as we were packing up as I charged my PHEV car off the plug. $2-3 cost of power but apparently is a safety issue. Paid the fine but it’s not warned about anywhere online or in person. If I had known before hand I would have happily not plugged in. ..."
