Complimentary room upgrade was a nice surprise. As was the welcome wine, snacks and treats.
Lucas at reception did say it was the best Quest around, and tou know what, I agree!
He was also so kind to let me park for 1hr to prepare before heading off to a different area without charge.
Great customer service from front of house and housekeeping was great too. Highly recommend!
