"Excellent boutique hotel within walking distance of Centraal Station and Grand Place. Trendy bar / coffee area. Rooms were well equipped, free Nespresso and sparkling water on tap! Fridge in the room also useful. Big fluffy towels and very comfy bed. Occasional gentle rumble from Metro somewhere below but otherwise quiet. Only negative was that our aircon didn't work on first night and we subsequently got a room change - this has been mentioned in other reviews, so check functionality on...

"Solid hotel, a few nits: Confusion about the room service menu, initial instruction was to use the TV, after a long conversation it turned out that this wasn’t yet implemented on floor 6. Helpful person brought us a menu but was reluctant to leave it with us. Service weren’t overly generous with towels, only left us one large towel between two of us. No room service menu on a Sunday. On the upside oats place downstairs was awesome and the mini shop downstairs was also a great idea."
