"Parking was underground, which was great as it was chucking it down! Straight out of the car into lift up to reception, very friendly and smiley staff greeted us. Check in was super quick and off we went to our room. Room was great, twin room with plenty of space, clean and tidy with little delights of posh coffee and bottled water. "Rooms are comfy, beds are big enough for a good nights sleep. The furniture is a little dated although they are going through an upgrade. Service in bar area was slow, there was only 1 working running 2 areas it was ok when quiet but when people started coming in it could have been up to twenty minutes waiting for a drink. Food was ok if needed a quick bite. Staff friendly and happy to help, if I was in area again I would consider staying again "
