"The property was beautiful. We had a separate apartment a few doors down and 3 floors up. There is no elevator and the stairwell is not lit. The hostess who showed us to our room did not explain the heating system, shower, heated (but not) towel rack. The living area was a hodge-podge of furniture and colors. An area rug would have added a lot 0f warmth and tied it together. It was not a good value for the money. "

The service provided was exceptional, the ladies Joy and Letizia went out thier way to help us in everything we needed. They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. "Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely and helpful. Plentiful breakfast choices and a warm welcome every morning. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation "
