Top All Nations Centre Hotel Reviews
Novotel Cardiff Centre
8/10 Good
"The family room was good, although the sofa bed is a little narrow for two teenagers. We had two nights in another budget chain prior to arriving at the Novotel, where they provide two single fold-up beds which we found to be a much better arrangement amd more comfortable for the children. The room was clean. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are excellent and were very welcome. The food in the restaurant was good, only the service being a little slow let it down. We thought the hotel parking at £24 for the day was expensive, until looking at the local multi-story alternatives that were £31 a day?! There are a few spaces on the road outside that are free between 18:00-08:00 that you can take advantage of. We would definitely stay there again."

Clayton Hotel Cardiff
10/10 Excellent
"Having arranged to meet friends in Cardiff and not knowing the city, we opted to stay at The Clayton, very close to the station. The hotel far exceeded our expectations and couldn’t fault it. The rooms were clean, quiet, bed very comfortable and with all the facilities one could need. All the hotel staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good as was the main menu. An excellent short break in a perfect location."
Future Inns Cardiff Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Room was a good size. Plenty of free on site car parking. Only a few min9r niggles which detracted from an otherwise good experience. No shower gel on first night, nut was replenished the next day, as we're the facial tissues box which was all but empty on arrival. No mini fridge in room, but maybe I set my expectations too high. Window glass was very dirty but being a 5th floor room understand they can't be cleaned daily but looked like they hadn't been cleaned for weeks if not months. TV had basic channels but not all buttons on the remote control were in working order so a little difficult to navigate."
Holland House Hotel Cardiff By Sunday
10/10 Excellent
"Bernadette at the reception was very helpful and professional. Even the staff in the carpark as well as the male staff doing the maintenance at the lift lobby were very friendly. The bathroom was sparkling clean, no complaints at all."
Park Plaza Cardiff
8/10 Good
"I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2010, and it’s always been our go‑to place when visiting Cardiff. We’ve loved it for so long that even our now 11 year old looks forward to staying here. The staff are consistently helpful, the location is ideal, and the facilities have always contributed to a really enjoyable stay. However, this is the first visit where I’ve felt the hotel is overdue for a refurbishment. The rooms and bathrooms are showing their age, and the spa facilities in particular need attention. The changing rooms look very tired, and the rainfall shower experience is barely functioning. One additional point, although not the hotel’s fault, is the walk from the city centre. The area now has a large number of homeless individuals, and while I understand the complexity of the issue, it did make the walk back feel uncomfortable when I was alone with my son in the late evening."
The Grove by Tŷ SA
8/10 Good
"Location was great. Easy bus ride to Cardiff city centre. Nice choice of takeaways and restaurants close by, and a co op in walking distance for those essentials. Nice airy spacious lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and sun room. Shame that there were a few tall weeds in front and back garden. Good selection of pots pans etc in kitchen, however only 2 wines glasses for a house that can host 6 (maybe broken overtime and not noticed/replaced). Also we were unable to locate the plug for the sink, nor was there a washing up bowl so washing up was a challenge! One cupboard in the kitchen was full of odds and ends as though kitchen fitter had not fully cleaned up afterwards. The back garden could be fab, but no garden furniture to fully get the benefit of the outdoor space. That said we had a great stay, and felt comfortable and clean, just a few simple things to correct and would be perfect."
