"Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. "After traveling for 48 hrs with no sleep, we reserved for the wrong night, immediately realized our mistake, and within 5 minutes arrived at the hotel and explained our situation. one of gentlemen at this hotel was kind and even helped us book a room elsewhere and encouraged us to request a refund from Hotels.com, which we did. "We are a family of 4 and we stayed here last night in the deluxe adjoining family rooms. There was twin beds in one room and a double in the other. We pre booked parking in the hotel before our stay and found it easy to find. We absolutely loved our stay here, the rooms were so clean and spacious, the staff were extremely polite and professional, nothing was too much rouble. It’s in a perfect location to explore the city, the city itself is very walkable , the kids did not complain once about the hotels distance from anything. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked absolutely lovely.The breakfast was the nicest continental breakfast I have had anywhere. This is an an absolute gem of a hotel and we would love to be back. "
