Excellent hotel

A great hotel with huge sized rooms and nicely appointed. Very clean and quiet too. In a great location, but unable to pick-up / drop-off taxis or drivers outside due to being on a main road - had to negotiate alternative locations for taxis and drivers. When we stayed the hotel's restaurant / bar was closed, but we were able to have breakfast and drinks at nearby partner hotels - this was fine, however the staff at the other two hotels were quite rude. Overall however Art Gallery Hotel staff...

We stayed for 3 + 1 night at the Two Seasons and really enjoyed it. It’s based in the old centre close to everything. Best was their manager Azer who was very helpful with so many things and speaking perfect English. If we had any questions he would immediately follow up and help us. Thank you Azer.

Jeyhan was splendid and offered us our rooms hours before the actual check-in time. They were also kind enough to send through a cake on my birthday! Yes, its a little remote but its a mere 5 AZN from the prime points of the city. Travel within Baku is ridiculously cheap by global standards so you will have no issues getting around on the cheap. The amenities at the property are quite modern and do not need updating.

Brilliant hotel.! Fantastic staff with attention to detail who went above and beyond to assist us. Good amenities and central location to the old city. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
