COP 29 visit to Baku

Hotel was tricky to find for the taxi driver but the. It was o key a free days old when I got there. Very clean. Room was great, the staff at the hotel were some of the best I’ve seen anywhere in the world. Recommend it

I stayed at this hotel with my family for two days, and I highly recommend against staying there. The receptionist's attitude was unfriendly, and the rooms were not clean, were not good, and had a bad smell. Stay away from this hotel.

No parking, had to walk 10 minutes with luggage from free public parking which was recommended by hotel staff by saying “only 2 minutes walk.” No bellboy available to assist with luggage, upon repeated requests staff kept saying “we have no bellboy facility available.” Rooms were nothing like in photos, cramped and congested. Queen sized bed had small sized blanket and only one pillow per person was provided. Breakfast was basically snacks to only cater to Azerbaijani tastebuds. Asked for checkout 30 minutes late at 12:30, reception said “ok,” later called at 12:15 saying “not possible, leave NOW.” Rooms had a very unique stink in them.

6 gün konaklama fırsatımız oldu . Bu sürede bizimle çok ilgilendiler. Çok yardımcı oldular. Orada çalışanlara özellikle teşekkür ederim. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir bir yer. 3 kişilik oda çok ferah ve genişti. Her gün çarşaflarımız değişti ve temiz kokuluydu. Bir eksiğimiz var mu diye her gün soruldu. Ben Gerçkten çok memnun ayrıldım bu otelden.
