"The room is not so big, but it should be considered as a spacious room in Japan. It is clean and the location is good. A big shopping mall, AEON, is within few minutes walk. The hotel is offering parking and spa onsite free. Everything is good except the toilet is too high from the floor in the bedroom floor. For aged or kids, it's maybe not friendly."

"Convenient for jet boat to Tsu across the bay. Weird shuttle. Can drop you off at aIrport but not pick you up. You have to walk through concourse and enclosed walkway to end up 400 neters from hotel. There's where the bus can pick you up. But by that time you might as well walk the rest of the way. "

"I just need to say that Japanese hotel guests are tend to be polite and follow the rules, but some foreigners show rude attitude like chatting and eating drinking during night. fortunately, this hotel provides earplug to customers. it is quite effective to stay comfortable. "What I loved about this hotel was that, unlike other Japanese hotels, the rooms were big, and easy to move around in. Most Japanese Hotel rooms are basically closets with a bed. The only improvement I could think of would be to make indoor safes (for personal valuables) available in all the rooms."
