Breakfast was fine, a variety of fruits, cheese, celissants, bread, and cold meats. The room was made up everyday with fresh, clean towels. The staff were very helpful when we were planning trips to areas, helping us with what locations to put into the BiTaksi app or even Google maps. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect. "Everything was great. The only thing I can only complain about it is that the AC in my room wasn’t working. I went there to her surgery and I put the Hilton because he has a very good reputation and is supposed to be comfortable however the AC in my room was broken. I have to call the people to fix ..."

"For $300+ for a few hours of rest, I expected better. I expected toilet paper in the bathroom, and paper towels. It is certainly convenient but just skeeves me out a bit.
