Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

The rooms are clean but are in need of maintenance. We stayed previously and there was ongoing maintenance so this was a surprise. Balcony is useless as there is no furniture. Not a lot of electrical outlets available and the USB outlets were not working, so if you are a couple with more than two rechargeable devices, good luck. A kitchen but no pans etc. to do anything. Only 4 buttons on the safe worked, no notice to tell you not to try so we locked our belongings in there not knowing our code was using broken buttons so we had to request an unlock. Breakfast food was not good, a single coffee, no offer of a refill, it was much better the last time we stayed, better food, better service. As always, the staff are friendly and helpful, but sadly that isnt enough for us to want to stay again, there are just far too many options at a similar cost in the same area.
