Magnificent holiday penthouse with fantastic views of the mountains and the driving range of the first-class 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The apartment is located in the secure Condado de Alhama complex with delightful garden areas, playgrounds and a variety of leisure facilities including football, paddle tennis, basketball and a gym. One of the communal pools is just a short walk from the property.
The Al Kasar shopping centre has several bars, restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket.
A cot and high chair can be provided on request and for a fee.
Note: The air conditioning has a prepaid meter and is charged at 10 for approx. 1 week on arrival. When the amount is used up, you must top up the meter with a prepaid card.

Fantastic week in a fantastic place.
Spent the last week at this villa which is located in Block 2. It’s a little bit away from Al Kazar but very close to the Golf Club bar / restaurant. The apartment was perfect in every way and will certainly book it again in the very near future. The balcony has a great view over the driving range and the mountains. A perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday.
