"The room had an incredible view and the staff were very helpful. The only problem was the elevators not being available for 4 days. I know it rained, but that should not have broken the elevator. We were on the top floor, so whenever we left we had some serious climbing as a reward for deciding to leave the hotel and venture into town. I find it hard to understand how rain would shut down an elevator. That tells me this building is not being maintained properly. They did offer to move us to another wing where the elevator was working , but we would lose our view and King Sized bed, as well as a smaller room. No thanks."

"Llevo varios años yendo al Sercotel Amistad en Murcia, es un lugar perfecto para pasar días de vacaciones o trabajo, las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas, el servicio es de primera así como el desayuno, la gente del front desk está siempre dispuesta a ayudar, muy bien localizado esta el hotel, al lado del corte inglés a pocos minutos del centro histórico sin sufrir del ruido o el tráfico. Voy mucho a Murcia y siempre me alojo en el Sercotel Amistad."

"We had a wonderful experience and stay. They text us at all the key moments, and replied very quickly to questions. The apartment was stunning, with a great shower and AC. We also like cooking and making some breakfasts and lunch, the facilities were brilliant. Also the balcony was a nice touch as well. I would highly recommend a stay here."
