- Just five kilometers from the center of Alghero, on the wild coast, this high quality villa is surrounded by a hectare of Mediterranean garden with palm trees, "bougainvillée" and a wonderful sea view.
The villa comprises on the ground floor, a beautiful kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a bathroom. There is also a mezzanine with a double bed in the living room. a beautiful terrace surrounds the house and offers an exceptional view of the sea and the Capo Caccia promontory.
On the lower level, there is a spacious suite with living room and private bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom.
Next to the swimming pool, there is a 60 m2 studio apartment with sea view. Studio which includes: double bed, kitchen and bathroom. The 5X10 m infinity pool is with sea water. The park is a marvel of variety of trees, shrubs and ornamental plants integrated into the surrounding nature. ...
