The house and 'very comfortable for a family of 4 people, has two rooms divided between them by a stone wall on sight, as you can see from the photos.
The veranda in front of the house, complete with tables and chairs, and 'much appreciated especially by those who love the outdoors and enjoy all the tranquility' that only the country can offer.

calme et bien situé

le logement est très bien situé, l’accès au centre ville en voiture en 5 minutes est très facile il est bien équipé, au calme et propre et l’hôte très sympathique

logement en campagne très propre, propriétaire très sympa et de bon conseil. Le petit bémol, la climatisation ne fonctionnait que sur minuteur donc à remettre en marche toutes les heures.....quartier un peu bruyant à cause des chiens du voisinage...sinon bien équipé

Gentilissimi e disponibili i proprietari. Abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di soggiornare presso uno dei loro appartamenti, che abbiamo trovato molto gradevole, accurato e dotato di tutti i comfort. In posizione molto tranquilla e circondato dagli ulivi, è ideale per una vacanza anche rilassante, quindi è una sistemazione adatta a chi ama il mare, ma non soggiornare vicino alla "ressa" delle spiagge, anche nei periodi di altissima stagione.

torneremo quanto prima

Alghero e' a pochi chilometri(neppure due)da questa casetta deliziosa,comoda,`pulita e arredata con buon gusto. Di fronte c'e' un ampio giardino,molto curato dove si puo' mangiare alla mattina con il canto degli uccellini in sottofondo e alla sera con quello dei grilli. Davvero un piccolo incanto. La proprietaria e' molto gentile,sempre disponibile per ogni piccola evenienza. Riorneremo presto,un soggiorno da consigliare.

deliziosa casetta

La casetta era deliziosa,rifinita in ogni dettaglio,non mancava di nulla. Fresca,nella tranquillita' piu' assoluta e nelle immediate vicinanze di Alghero,citta' peraltro davvero godibile e piena di attrattive. Di fronte c'e' un giardino anch'esso rifinitissimo,la proprietaria e'¡ un tesoro,gentile ed affabile,disponibile per ogni esigenza. Davvero consigliabile

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location, toute proche d'Alghero. La maison est très confortable, pratique et très calme. On ne manque de rien. La terrasse avec le petit jardin reste frais même lorsqu'il fait très chaud, ce qui est bien agréable après une journée bien chaude. Bref, à recommander. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter, d'autant que les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Bella vacanza!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento gli Oleandri per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è molto attrezzata, situata in un contesto di campagna tranquillo, ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo al centro di Alghero e a spiagge bellissime. Pur essendo un monolocale, non vi sono problemi di spazio. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili. Consiglio assolutamente!!!!!! Un caro saluto, Vania, Giorgio e Luca

Un posto dove tornare presto

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento gli Oleandri nella ultima settimana di Giugno. L'appartamento è molto curato, pulito e attrezzatissimo e, pur essendo un monolocale, di ampie dimensioni (eravamo due adulti e due bambini e non abbiamo avuto problemi). E' situato nella pace della campagna sarda ma a soli 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Alghero e a 15 minuti dalle spiagge più belle dei dintorni. I Proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili e attenti ad ogni esigenza per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Una vacanza indimenticabile

Non sempre ti capita di trovare tutto quello che ti viene proposto; qui invece abbiamo trovato di più! La casa è perfetta, dotata di ogni comodità, accogliente e pulita.Per quanto sia in campagna è rapidamente e comodamente raggiungibile. Tuttavia quello che ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile è la sua tranquillità. Non trascurabile poi la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari, sempre pronti alle nostre noiose richieste. Ho già consigliato a gli amici una vacanza di questo tipo anche perché Alghero è una località di cui facilmente ci si innamora.

Proprio ciò che cercavamo!

Da subito appena siamo arrivati ci siamo sentiti a casa! Posto stupendo in campagna ma a 5 minuti di scooter dal centro di Alghero! La casa è carina e spaziosa, siamo stati davvero comodi e..al nostro arrivo era super-pulita. Ampio spazio esterno tutto recintato per parcheggio e per muoversi(oltre alla veranda). Casa fresca senza aver acceso il condizionatore nonostante i 32 gradi esterni.(arieggiata e luminosa) Barbecue comodo e veloce. Ringraziamo ancora la proprietaria che è sempre stata molto disponibile e cordiale in tutto. Vi consiglio veramente di trascorrere una vacanza ad Alghero, in questa casa dove siamo stati davvero e dico davvero bene.. Un carezza a Mirto da Renèe e Massi.

Bella vacanza!

Buongiorno, Abbiamo soggiornato, io e la mia compagna, presso la struttura della Sig.ra Pina in luglio dal 20 al 30. Abbiamo trovato esattamente quello che ci era stato promesso. La casa è in un'ottima posizione appena fuori dal centro per cui molto tranquilla, abbiamo trovato pulizia e ordine. Siamo stati accolti nei migliori dei modi ed abbiamo anche avuto informazioni utili su spiaggie e luoghi d'interesse. Se siete interessati ad una vacanza in appartamento ad Alghero questa è un'ottima soluzione che ci sentiamo di consigliare. Sperando in futuro di poter ripetere l'esperienza salutiamo i Signori Piga con affetto. Sebastian e Valeria Parma 19/08/2014
