"We had stayed there once before ( with a nice stay), a few yrs ago which was why when we were going to be in that area I made the reservation there. Unfortunately even though the staff was very nice, even walking us to the room and showing us how the key worked in the door. And the room was very clean and quiet. I did have a problem with the fact that the bed was hard as a rock. I might as well have slept on the floor. My husband was so tired from driving 4 hours that he didnt notice till...

"Everything was fine until packing to leave. The door to the adjoining room (which was not part of our party) came open when we opened the hallway door. We tried to lock it but it would not lock. I reported the problem and the manager immediately came up with us to the room. He could not get it locked either, was very apologetic and professional. Could not adjust the cost of our room as it was paid thru Expedia. We were very impressed with his desire and attempt to satisfy our concerns. "
