"Family came for my daughter’s graduation from Georgetown. This place was spacious and beds were comfortable. The only two things not up to par was the air conditioning vent in the living room was gross, we had to wash black stuff off several times. And The refrigerator/ice maker was extremely loud. Area was nice. Communication is was not good, hard to tell where to contact. I messaged several times with no response. I called and then was told to call another number. "We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient "
