"Many cars were stuck in the parking lot as no attendants answered all the calls we were placing to try to let us out of the garage .. Garage barriers would not release . 5-6 cars were there for an extremely long time .. running in and out of hotel to try to get someone to help .. no one ever came :( "

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. However, I was lied to by one of th front desk assistants about parking. The room was too cool and I could not change the temperature. The hotels does not have a microwave which was highly inconvenient. I was on the 25th floor and had to the bottom floor to use the communal microwaves. The parking lot was not attached to an elevator. So I had to walk with my luggage up two flights of steps and down a long hallway before getting to an elevator. I am glad I was able to walk. What would happen if someone was disabled? I would NOT stay there again."

"Location is top notch, literally 20 feet to King St and all of the shops. Front desk staff was wonderful, especially Sophia. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely stay there again. "

"I was hoping for a shuttle, but we called ahead and were told there was no shuttle that ran from the airport. It was easy to get on and off the Metro, so it was not an inconvenience. "
