"I would like my money back because the shower didn't work in the room and there was no plug in the bath tub and the water from the sink in the bathroom was cold water and there was no coffee pot or anything in the room. And I was supposed to have a handicap Accessible room on the first floor but had to get put on the second floor with a handicap person. The staff worker said that they had no no beds on the first floor and we had to keep plunging the toilet. The air conditioner in room 207 nothing in that room worked. Blisspoint hotel is the worst hotel to stay at.my mom is handicap and she had to walk two flights of stairs to get to our room on the second floor. And my mom is on oxygen and she almost pasted out going up to the second floor to our room. And there breakfast sucked. And they also said that the elevator didn't work but the cleaning people was using the elevator to get to the rooms."

"Breakfast was not up to par. Sausage and eggs were cold. No gravy for the biscuits. Paper plates were the flimsiest. I had to use three together so my plate wouldn’t fold up on me. Our room was not touched and we had a three night stay. We mentioned it to the desk clerk and was told we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. She did give us more towels."

"The staff was friendly when we checked in. The next evening, a different girl seemed annoyed to get us more towels. Housekeeping came in and left more soap and gathered the dirty towels...did not refill the towels, did not make the beds, and did not empty the trash. No coffee pot in the room and breakfast was awful. The air was stale and musty smelling in the room, and the a/c quit working at some point during the first night then was okay the next. Spend more money somewhere else if you will be staying for more than a quick stop single night stay."

"I actually did not stay here a single night. I checked into my room and went to the grocery store to get a few supplies. Came back to the room to prepare for bed and when I opened the blinds noticed the window was broken. Someone from the outside could easily just push the window open and be inside the room even though it was locked because the actual window frame was broken. I did not feel safe at this location and left without even asking for my money back. I just checked in at another hotel across the interstate."
