"The breakfast food was not hot and some of the fruit was rotten. This did not reflect the rest of the property but was a disappointment. It had variety but not great quality."

"The Nittany Lion Inn is our favorite place to stay in State College. The beds are so comfortable and the black out shades are amazing. The staff and cleanliness are top notch. "

"Room was decent tho it seems it has seen a lot fo travelers - some of the equipment (exhaust fan) seemed kind of worn, and front door to the room seemed it’s gone through a couple renovations without replacement. But, easy stay and breakfast was wonderful - so it worked for my quick stay at state college for the weekend!"

"My red eye flight schedule had me arriving early. I requested early check in. While they don’t typically do that they kindly accommodated my request with a slight change in room style. I was able to rest and shower before my late afternoon meetings thanks to this"

"Breakfast was subpar. We tried to go multiple times and everything was wiped out. The woman working the breakfast area was doing the best she could but she clearly needed help. There weren’t many options. Boils eggs (ick) and waffles were about it. The pastries were a safe bet, but each time we tried they were completely gone. Coffee was empty, we had to ask for the carafe to be refilled so we could get a cup of coffee. Apples were bruised and looked sad, they were the only fruit that we saw put out. Room was clean, staff was nice. Would stay again. Please make breakfast a better experience for future guests. "
