This was such a great location and a perfect place for us to stay on a football weekend! The listing does not do the actual space justice... way bigger than anticipated and a perfect space for my family and I. Extremely clean, king bed was very comfortable, futon was great for my kids... just a really great stay. Host was excellent with her communication. Would highly recommend this listing.

This really worked out well for us. While not dead-center in town, the neighborhood wasn't too far away (20 Uber) and among well-kept properties. Felt very safe. The basement apartment was clean and comfortable and despite being connected to the house was fully private. Megan was great, very communicative and helpful with some gameday tailgate parking tips.
