This house has two bedrooms (4 beds and a sofa bed), two bathrooms, and two fenced outdoor spaces: a courtyard for parking two vehicles and a 295m² garden.
Only 13km from Mayenne and 20km from Laval. Each town has its own castle, museums, markets, and marina with water sports.

Pets allowed, subject to compliance with the pet policy. There is one step between the living room and the kitchen. The courtyard is paved with large stones; the garden has small cement borders to mark the path (this should be modified).
From Laval or Mayenne, take the D962 to Martigné-sur-Mayenne. Then take the D12 towards the Montgiroux lock. Cross the bridge over the Mayenne. The cottage is on your right, at number 1.
Parking for 2 cars is available in the courtyard, which has a locked gate.
