A first level which consists of a large living room of 50 m² (2 sofas, 1 dining table for 10 people, 1 TV screen 160cm), a fully equipped open kitchen of 10 m² (fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, nespresso).
A cellar with washing machine, dryer, wine cellar and plenty of storage space.
A stay which gives on a terrace of 90 m ² south facing where we can lunch and dinner pleasantly.
The night part consists of 4 rooms with bed 160 x 200cm with memory of form of which 2 giving directly on the outside terrace.
Dressing 200cm, TV 80 cm and air conditioning.
Two bathrooms that consist of a walk-in shower (140x90cm), a toilet and a double vanity unit, heated towel rail.
1 guest toilet with hand washing.
The living room and all rooms have air conditioning and wifi.

On the ground floor a master suite of 23 m² with its own entrance.
With a bed 180 x 200 cm, dressing room, TV screen 108cm and private bathroom of 9m²
(walk-in shower 250x90cm, 1 WC, double washbasin).

A fully equipped covered summer kitchen (30m²) fridge, hob, griddle, oven, microwave, nespresso. Dining area with a table for 10 people, 1 TV screen 140cm.

A swimming pool 8.5x4m depth 1.5m, tiled terrace of 100m ² (deckchairs, ottomans). Secure fence for children.
Pool bathroom with walk-in shower, wc, basin.

The villa also has a garage that can accommodate cars, motorcycles, boats, bicycles ..

The plot of 900 m² around the villa is fenced, entry is via a motorized gate.

Obligatory cleaning 150 euros.
Linen 15 euros per person.

30 minutes from Corte (cradle of Pascal Paoli) and its beautiful lakes (Melo and Capitello) through the GR 20.
1 hour from Porto Vecchio and its beaches (Palombaggia, Santa Guila) and cliffs of Bonifacio (1H30).
At 1H 30 from the city of Bastia and Ajaccio.
