"The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location and the entire staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The director of customer service (manager) was outstanding and addressed any of my questions in a thorough and timely manner. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was great with a ton of options and was amazing. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. I only walked through the spa but it, too, was over the top wonderful and had everything you could possibly want. I travel extensively, and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. I don't think you can do much better than this hotel in all of Belgrade. "
"Nice business hotel, recently renovated, lovely and helpful staff, decent size rooms, conveniently located just 15 min walk from golden circle, reasonably priced and they don't take this"fully refundable "strange deposit like the other hotels do.Room can be hot at times due to central heating system, but that's a minor thing.Id definitely come back and stay here again"
"We arrived at the hotel. The lady on the reception was very nice and welcoming with good local knowledge etc. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a very good large selection of food. Just outside the hotel was a bus stop that was convenient to get to Republic square and the local shops. We was here for the Serbia v England football match. Overall I really liked this hotel with its friendly staff and would definitely stay here again if in the area "
"I booked for 5 nights, and only stayed 1 night as the room was simply not good enough.
The windows were thin and the noise from the street extremely loud.
The mattress and pillows were very firm and uncomfortable.
The bathroom vent in the floor brought a terrible septic smell into the room. It literally smelled like a septic field.
The hotel offered to move me to another room… but I didn’t think it would solve these three problems, so I moved to another hotel.
They did not refund me a single day of my 5 night booking, even though I asked, and were very rude when I brought these issues up.
I highly recommend staying away from this place. "
