I recently stayed at Zepter Hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. Nice place, from the moment we checked in Vuk on reception was welcoming & really friendly, we had a city apartment room which I can’t fault - great size, clean, good AC, everything you’d want. Locations great, bars/restaurants couples of minutes walk. Decent breakfast, all in all great stay 😁

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zepter in Belgrade! The hotel is beautifully updated—modern, clean, and stylish with a fresh, new feel. Our suite was a real surprise—it was much more spacious in person than it appeared in the photos online, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: safe, central, and walkable to everything—shopping, dining, and all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Belgrade!

The location of the hotel is superb - right near great walking streets and a lot of the major sights in the Old City. The staff went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. On my first visit the elevator went out of service, but by my second visit all was fixed. On both check ins I received a warm reception and help with my bags. The rooms were very comfortable and well represented in the pictures. The AC was also very reliable and the wifi easy to connect to and fast. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and in room coffee maker and filtered water. The refrigerator was roomy for personal goods although some minibar items were also included. The gym offered several cardio machines but also a weight bench and dumbells. I forgot some items and they gratefully held them for me. When I returned I got my belongings back and a free upgrade as well! I can't wait to return!

Quick attention to issue and sustainability.

My first impression of this boutique hotel in the older part of Belgrade was positive; a pleasant check-in and personal assistance from the manager who showed me to my room. During this experience, a problem occurred. Problems happen that’s not the story. It’s how the hotel staff respond to when problems pop up that’s the true sign of excellence. The manager apologized immediately for the issue and made adjustments, so the problem was resolved in mere minutes. All during my 4-days there, the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast was more than adequate. Delicious dinner in the on-site restaurant added to my positive experience. And attention to the details, like air cleaners in the rooms, elevators, and common areas were a plus for me.

Everything was ok during our stay - I would add just one suggestion for improvement of the space. I noticed that bathroom in the 45 m2 unit needs wall shelves for leaving toiletries and vanity cases and also more wall hangers for towels. Two small wall hangers are not enough for 4-6 towels. I basically did not have any surface for leaving my vanity case and toilet lid is only possible but not perfect place for it.
