"The property was in pleasant grounds, in an attractive village. There are a number of b and b rooms in the barn which is now an annex to the main house. The room had a high ceiling so was airy and spacious. The ensuite shower room was too. The bed could be a double or two singles so was large size and we found to be comfortable. "Absolutely shocking stay. No confirmation email prior to arrival or key safe number. Spent an hour trying to contact them. When we finally got through we were about 1 hour from our location in Crewe, to be told sorry the room that you have booked has had a flood in the en suite. We have another property you can have a nice room with a lovely T.V in Stoke on Trent. I had an army reunion in Crewe why would I want to stay in Stoke???
