We had a junior suite and it was perfect. Large room with 2 double beds. Lovely balcony and view. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We arrived at midnight but the staff were friendly and there to greet us. Pool was also lovely, would definitely stay again..it was chilled quiet and perfect.

Amazing Experience!

I have been visiting Majorca for 20 years and I have stayed in various hotels around Alcudia. Hands down, this is the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are immaculate, the staff are incredible and it provided a truly relaxing and memorable experience. The facilities at the hotel are top noch and nothing is to much for the staff. The hotel is very well placed being outside of the busy and noisy town but within walking distance to it. I rarely stay in the same hotel twice but I will definitely be making this my 'go to' hotel when I return.

Great value for money

Great value for money - welcomed by nice people at the reception and well located in a cozy area 100 meters from the beach. Decent food if you choose half board.

The fridge wasn't working, we informed the staff, but they said it was normal. There was no more soap or shampoo in the shower, we reported it in the morning for them to refill it, but nothing was done. The hairdryer wasn't working, they fixed it. The view of the pool was spoiled by the trees in front.

Ein tolles Hotel, abseits vom Trubel mit einer idyllischen Lage und freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück ist phänomenal und die Zimmer sauber, ordentlich und geräumig. Port d’Alcudia ist fußläufig gut erreichbar und Parkmöglichkeiten stehen um das Hotel auch zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel qui est à l’écart dans l’agitation de la zone. Malheureusement la déception est grande avec un sentiment d’avoir été floué. Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé pour la première nuit. La personne qui nous a accueilli nous a dit que nous étions sur classé nous garantissant que la vue était similaire à celle que nous avions réservée. La chambre que nous avons eu n’était pas de le bâtiment récent, la chambre n’était pas rénovée et la vue n’était pas directement sur la mer. Nous avons donc payé une chambre que nous n’avons pas eu la première nuit.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer waren relativ neu und modern und obwohl wir keinen Meerblick gebucht hatten, hatten wir ein solches Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich. Wir reisen sehr viel und das Frühstück war eines der besten, was wir je hatten. Wir können das Hotel bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen, auch im Hinblick Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, ruhig mit einer sauberen Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr nett. Spricht Englisch und Landessprache. Manche ein wenig deutsche Brocken. Mit Schwerbehindertenausweis ist man sogar von der Touristikgebühr befreit. Halbpension war gut, allerdings ist nicht alles auf der sehr begrenzten Karte inclusive. Für mehr als eine Woche wäre es mir zu wenig Auswahl. Da wir jedoch tagsüber viel Unterwegs waren für 6 Tage ausreichend. Liegt etwas Ausserhalb von Alcudia, daher ist ein Auto empfehlendswert, wenn man Abends noch etwas unternehmen möchte. Direkt nebenan ist aber auch eine Bushaltestelle und ans Hotel angrenzend ein kleiner Sparmarkt. Ansonsten leider nichts zum Bummeln.

Ein schönes Hotel mit wunderbaren Mitarbeitern

Insbesondere die freundliche und hilfsbereite Art aller MitarbeiterInnen habe ich während meines Aufenthalts toll empfunden. Das Frühstücksbüffet wurde jeden Tag von der Dame aus der Küche toll gemeistert und den Service von den Restaurant-Mitarbeitern insbesondere von dem Restaurant-Leitern fand super!! Die Mitarbeiterinnen von der Rezeption waren so lieb und ständig sehr hilfsbereit, sodass ich diesen erneut tausend mal Dankeschön sagen möchte! Gern bis zum nächsten Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt, vielen lieben Dank! Un muy lindo Hotel, pero lo mejor de el, son sus Empleados que cada día hacen todo lo posible y mucho más por hacer la estadía de los que se hospedan en el, excelente! Super séjour, BRAVO à l'equipe !

Hotel rénové récemment avec encore quelques ajustements à apporter. Voiture recommandée mais bus au pied de l'hotel car un peu éloigné de la ville et du port d'Alcúdia. Mais calme et environnement sympathique notamment sentier du littoral au pied de l'hotel, magnifique. Equipe dans son ensemble extrêmement à l'ecoute, chaleureuse et professionnelle. Tres satisfait de notre séjour. Petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité et variés et à disposition. Vraiment super. Ainsi que les snacks.

Excellent hotel in a quaint part of alcudia suites to families and couples. About 10mins taxi ride to old part (no more than 10 euros ever). Hotel staff were excellent, upgraded room to a big suite. Amenities lacked but for the price it didn’t bother me on a short trip. Good value and would recommend.

Skønt hotel. Vi boede med havudsigt og det var en helt fantastisk en af slagsen. Utrolig smuk udsigt til havet gennem palmer og pinjetræer. Dejlig terasse med glas gav god udsigt indefra og læ for vind. Dejlig indrettet 1 værelses - eneste minus; der var ingen lys ved udtrækssofaen, kun loftslys. Besværligt for vores datter, som skulle slukke lyset og famle sig frem til sengen (der var heller ikke stik, så mobilen lå til opladning et stykker fra sengen) Skøn morgenmad. God service.

Dit hotel ligt buiten de toeristenzone,het maakt gebruik van 4 sterren maar eigenlijk 2 sterren en dat komt mede door een slecht ontbijt en weinig keus van eten,avond eten buffet 4 bakjes,elke dag uit gaan eten waardeloos,had all inclusive,mensen doe het niet is weg gegooid geld.Bediening doet uiterst zijn best maar kan hier niks aan doen.Uit eindelijk een paar honderd euro extra voor uiteten moeten uitgeven.Ik zou hier nog niet meer willen verblijven al gaven ze het me gratis.
