In this pleasant area you will find a spectacular jacuzzi with capacity for 6 people, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or excursions around the island. Next to the jacuzzi there is a spacious outdoor seating area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a large table for sharing meals and dinners outdoors. To the right of the patio is the gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying evenings with family or friends. Additionally, the exterior has an additional full bathroom, a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer, and direct access to the main rooms of the house.



Upon entering the home, you will find an elegant foyer with a small sofa and beautiful Majorcan wooden details that preserve the original essence of the house. Next, you access the spacious interior dining room with a large table for 8 people and direct access to the exterior patio. The day area is completed with a cozy living room with a fireplace connected to a modern open kitchen, separated by a practical American bar with three stools. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has direct access to the patio.



The house is distributed over three floors. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, large wardrobes and private balcony. One of them also has a spacious full bathroom en suite. On this same floor there is a practical work area equipped with a desk, computer and printer, ideal for those who need to work remotely during their vacation. You will also find a second full bathroom that serves this floor and the bedrooms on the upper floor.



On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and spacious wardrobes. You will also find a cozy secondary living room with a selection of books and a single sofa bed, perfect as a reading nook or relaxation area. From here you can access the upper terrace of the property, where you can enjoy a table for 8 people and an outdoor shower, ideal for refreshing yourself during warm summer days.



Thanks to its privileged location in the historic center of Alcudia, you will be able to walk through its medieval walls, squares, typical cafes and restaurants.
