The distribution of the rooms is functional and designed for rest. On the ground floor, there is a room with two single beds, in addition to another room with a single bed located next to one of the bathrooms with a bathtub.



On the second floor, you will find the main bedroom with a double bed, a small second living room, and a private balcony, ideal for reading or enjoying the Mediterranean breeze. Additionally, on this floor you will find a terrace-solarium with two sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and disconnecting under the Mallorca sky.
