Es Morer Vermell – Can Brasa, a stately holiday home from the '30s in Barcares (Alcúdia), completely renovated in 2024.

Its modern and contemporary rustic style stands out in the northern area.



Accommodation of 200 m², with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 6 adults plus two children. Tastefully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, with sea and mountain views.

The American, electric kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

An induction cooker by La Cornue. The kitchen has 5 hobs and a spectacular 90 cm oven, a professional La Cornue grill (upon request with an extra damage deposit of €500). Additionally, it has a professional bar coffee machine, Gaggia brand (upon request with an extra damage deposit of €500) with a coffee grinder, a Nespresso coffee machine (always available) and a Liebherr wine fridge (white and red) with two doors. (Upon request, it is possible to order wine bottles before arrival).



Two barbecues on the terrace, one professional Argentine and one classic Schickling. There is a third American one, Yoder Smokers, which is private to the owner. Apart from the barbecues, there is also a barbecue house in front of the pool, with a stone oven, another barbecue, a professional Josper oven, mini fridge, dishwasher and a tap for beers (beer can be ordered before arrival in the quantity of barrels).

Its wonderful garden includes a saltwater pool, a wide porch with a large table and a chill out area with outdoor sofas, a children's playground with swing, slide, wooden house and trampoline for children to enjoy in this fabulous space.



The property has a spacious garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, barbecues, minibar, iron, internet access (wifi), children's playground, alarm, underfloor heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private 16 m swimming pool with counter-current, outdoor parking in the same building (for 3 cars), fans, television and SONOS speakers throughout the property.



Of the 4 bedrooms, three have a double bed and the third has a bunk bed recommended for children. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is a third bathroom also with a shower. All bedrooms are on the first floor and have air conditioning, ceiling fan and underfloor heating. On the second floor of the tower is a library with incredible views and a collection of cookery books. On the top floor of the tower, there is a lookout from which you can enjoy a glass of wine while contemplating the views and the sea breeze.

Small but absolutely perfect in every way

This house might appear small but its setup is sensational. All the rooms are a great size making it perfect for 2 families. With the bedrooms and bathrooms feeling luxurious and extremely comfortable.The kitchen is beyond amazing with not 1 but 4 fridges for all your different needs. Utensils you could only dream of in your own kitchen. And an oven that could feed hundreds.But the best bit is the garden, pool and 6 BBQ's to suit all your cooking needs. Plus a pitch perfect sounds system which you can setup as zones depending on people sleeping etc.You are walking distance to beaches, a friendly pub, hotel bars and the old town including a luxury supermarket with the best meats and fresh veg. The property managers were AMAZING always responding quickly and efficiently. I will be returning to this beautiful home away from home.
