Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. We overpaid our final bill and they immediately brought it to our attention. Thank you for being so honest. We would stay there again! Thank you for this amazing experience.
