Pool needs to have better care, no chlorine on the water and filter not working properly. Many people on the pool and filter turned off. Not safe for children as many kinds of bacterias and deseases can happen.

Ótimos funcionários, prestativos e educados. O quarto e o hotel em geral muito limpo e bem cuidado. Único ponto negativo a destacar seria o horário de início do café da manhã que nem sempre era cumprido atrasando geralmente de 15 a 20 minutos.

O hotel é ótimo, a parte de limpeza foi sensacional. Mas a TV ficou devendo pois só tinham 3 canais...uma pena, pois se não fosse isso a estadia ganharia 10 em tudo.

O hotel em sua estrura é bom, porem o cafe da manha deixa a desejar. Usam td duro e velho. So as frutas q parecem ser frescas. Já é a 2° vez q me hospedo e pelo visto n tera a 3°. Pelo valor das diarias deveria ter um cafe da manhã mais decente

Os quartos não tem tomadas disponíveis para carregar telefone. O Primeiro quarto que ficamos a tomada era no alto ou no banheiro. No segundo havia apenas uma tomada no baixo, sorte que como fomos de carro levamos extensões. Outro ponto é sobre a água quente para banho, o dia que o hotel ficou cheio parece que eles não estavam sabendo fazer o controle para manter a água aquecida. Por 3 noites tivemos que ir na recepção para solicitar que o resistor fosse ligado. O ar condicionado da área do café tb precisa ser melhorado, toda hora desliga. A forma de instalação dele precisa ser melhorada. No mais quartos limpos, café da manhã gostoso e a piscina muito boa.

O hotel é muito bonito. Em frente ao mar. Só achei ruim por que meu Chek-in seria as 14:00 HS e o quarto só ficou pronto depois de 15:30 , e tive que ficar esperando tanto depois de uma viajem exaustiva.E também as constantes quedas de energia.
