Stayed in a great cabin. Was very spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The swimming pool was well kept, the kids loved it. The staff were also really committed to looking after us. They had stacks of information to give us and I could tell they were actively looking for information about new years events around Albury. The staff were very quick to address a flickering light in the cabin and a door knob malfunction. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cabin was clean, had everything you needed. Very friendly helpful staff. Only stayed a night but would have happily stayed longer.

The staff were lovely to deal with. The toilet door couldnt be shut in our cabin after i was locked inside due to being broken. When staff were told they said they fix in the morning after we left meaning our entire stay we could not shut the toilet door for any of us going to the toilet. The couch is very old and we just sunk into it as if the inner couch was broken. The kids playground was great for the kids to have a play but also very run down with parts of the climbing rope falling apart making us feel unsafe for the kids to play on the rope.

Dear Anonymous, as it was Sunday night when you called to say you had a broken door privacy lock it was impossible to purchase a replacement due to hardware stores being closed.I did check on your behalf with the previous guests who said they had no issues with the door. From time to time things break beyond anyone's control.

Great place we often stay here while stopping over night between Sydney and Victoria. Bathroom a little tiny but always a pleasant stay.

Clean, comfortable and family / pet friendly.
We stayed in the pet friendly cabin. It was very clean and did not smell (like animal). Staff were very friendly and communicated with us well to ensure a smooth arrival. Location is 5-8 mins drive from the centre. We also used the pool and playground - both a treat for our little ones!

Basic but nice
Standard caravan park and cabins, comfortable and clean. On a main road so the cabins up the front can get some road noise, and a few smokers in the complex. Good communication and friendly staff.

Cheap, Clean and Pet Friendly
Travelling with our family and our dog. Pet Friendly park however it was a 40 degree day and the dog was not allowed in the cabin. I believe some cabins may have had that availability but they were sold out.

The stay was peaceful and very clean. The kids had a ball in the pool. Would highly recommend this park to everyone looking for somewhere to stay. The host Steve was great to deal with.

Good location. 5 mins by car of shopping centres & CBD. Managers could've turned on the AC so you don't have to wait overnight for the room to cool down.

Pleasant quiet surroundings. Unit was fine for my overnight stay. It was a cold Albury night and we were not able to get heating working but apart from that everything was OK.

Unfortunately our beds weren't made for the children, and you are required to empty all of your rubbish out of the unit prior to leaving. We even swept the floor incase they felt it wasn't left clean enough! The managers weren't really friendly and as soon as my child got a cricket bat out of the back of the car, to take to the park, the receptionist came straight out and said " You better be going next door to the oval with that'! We found the whole experience very disappointing.

Nice and quiet, a little far from shops, but walking can be good for you? Well set up, only thing for me was no hair dryer, as some clients had taken them from the rooms, maybe we could ask and then return when finished? Would recommend to others.
