The property itself was excellent. It's located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to many local businesses. The listing description was spot-on, and the rental included all the basic amenities we needed. While host's communication was decent overall, there were noticeable delays in response before our stay began. Our check-in was challenging because the described keypad access wasn't available. Fortunately, the host was immediately reachable by phone and guided us in through garage. Despite these minor hiccups, I would recommend this place to stay in Albuquerque.
