Inside, stay connected with blazing-fast 1GB WiFi7, a dedicated workspace, and a 65” 4K TV with Netflix, Disney+ & Apple TV.

Guests have access to the entire home and the private outdoor seating area, along with the fire pit.

The Railrunner is only 15 min away and will get you to Sante Fe is less than 1hr - enjoy a scenic and relaxing trip to the city!

House Rules:
- No smoking inside the home.
- No parties or events
- Respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- No deliveries of any kind to the property
- Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.

Pets:
- Dogs are welcome, 40lbs and under.

Fire Pit Rules:
- Fires must never be left unattended.
- Extinguish the fire completely before leaving the area or going inside for the night.
(Water or sand must be used to ensure the fire is fully out)
- Only burn clean, dry firewood. Do not burn trash, plastics, or other materials.

Garage not for use by guests

How to Use the Roku TVs:
- Press the Power button on the remote to turn the TV on.
- Use the Home button (house icon) to return to the main Roku menu.
- Navigate using the arrow buttons.
- Select your desired streaming app (Netflix, Prime, Peacock, Roku TV, etc.) and press OK.
- Adjust volume with the Volume buttons on the side of the remote.
