Staff is great. Enjoyed my stay. They were renovating while I stayed there. Will be even better once that is completed, which shouldn’t be too much longer after the date this review is posted.
Motel is some what under construction but still was very clean and staff was very friendly. Only complaint have is not enough pillows in a room and asked for more but didn't have any other then that our stay was great and will stay there again just will have to take own pillows next time

Was having issues with my apartment needed a place to stay for the night. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is under construction but the room was nice, clean, comfy and big. Where I stayed was nice and quiet , slept great.
The SunPort Suites on Gibson have the nicest room set up I've seen. Kitchen living room section are separate from the bedroom. The shower is a really nice size. The hotel is surrounded by a few gas stations plus many restaurants around it. The staff has been extremely helpful & kind. I don't really have any complaints. It's just in the process of being remodeled so the ice machine isn't working yet. However one can get ice from the surrounding stores. It has been a really pleasant stay. Looking forward to when the remodeling is done to see how much nicer it will be.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The Hotel seems to be under renovation, because the groundfloor is unavailable. Some room have broken doors and whole ceilings are missing. But my room was good, clean and good space. I would give it a chance, since its most likely under renovation. Also there is no breakfast.
Staff at the front desk was the best thing. It was being remodeled but looked more like a crime scene. Plastic all over hallway and stairway floors . Doorways taped off as well .front door looked like it had a bullet hole in it. The room had a phone that was not connected to anything . Pulled back the cover and seen a nasty stain could have been blood or poop or both . I notified the front desk he offered to the room across the hall. When I opened that door the room smelled of marijuana and I got an instant headache. I asked the front desk for a refund which he apologized and issued to me. The reviews were good online but didn’t mention renovations and the area didn’t seem like a safe place to be.
I didn't like that, it was in the process of renovation. The hallway to the room look creepy. There wasn't any actual numbers on the door. Just written in pen. There was no remote and had to be shared with the other rooms that weren't vacant. The pillows and the sheets smelled like they weren't changed, it smelled like someone's cologne. There were holes in the wall. Some of the outlets didn't work. The TV channels was staticky and or not working. The towels had stains like they weren't washed at all. However, the concierge was friendly and nice. But overall it was a poor experience. Indeed, I did have a place to stay and paid for the price given however still.
This Hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. Althought, the hallways are messy, the room that I stayed in was very nice. The room was large, had a separate living area, large bathroom with walk in Shower, separate vanity with large lighted mirror, separate sleeping area with a comfortable king-size bed and 50" flat-screen. The towels and bed linens were fresh and fluffy white. Thank you for a wonderful stay
