Cozy casita in a perfect location
What a lovely casita! Everything was better than advertised! I was welcomed with cold water in the fridge and special treats by the coffee station. The home was clean and beautiful and very comfortable. There were more than enough linens and supplies, but the hosts were readily available if there had been any problems. They had bicycles for guest use and a sauna, in addition to the hot tub! The shared patio has lovely furniture, flowers, and a fire pit ready to light. Best of all was the location, literally two blocks from Old Town. There were days when I didn't move my car but walked to everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon.

Great Location
We could easily walk to museums, the Plaza and restaurants. The Sawmill Market is only about a 20 minute walk and it came in handy on a Monday night when most restaurants nearby were closed. The neighborhood was very quiet at night. Nicely appointed unit. Be advised that the shower is quite small, especially if you don't want to be directly below the water stream. But that is definitely the only negative. Easy parking. Appreciated the bottled water.

Cute and so close to Old Town
We loved our stay. The casita is nicely appointed in the kitchen area so we could plate our take out food, it almost felt like home. We also enjoyed the little dry sauna on the patio. We were here during a cold time of the year, so we didn't get to hang out on the lovely patio with the great fire pit - next time!

The property was in a great location. The manager is very helpful and sweet. Private patio was nice. Negatives - The casita was heated only by space heater. It could use another mirror because one in bathroom is high and small.

Cute little place in the perfect location
Such a cute casita just a few minutes walk from Old Town. I visited during Balloon Fiesta and Old Town was very busy, so it was a relief to be within walking distance and not have to worry about driving/parking there. The unit has everything you could want. The casita and outdoor sitting area are exactly as pictured. Contactless check-in and check-out was a breeze. A couple things to be aware of (although these did not detract from my stay at all): 1) The shower is quite small. Still clean and functional, but hard to maneuver without getting a stream of water in the face. If you want to shower without getting your hair wet, bring a shower cap. 2) The bed frame is a basic metal thing, so not exactly heavy duty. I’m a plus size lady and felt OK sleeping in it by myself, but I would have been apprehensive if I had to share it with another larger-bodied person. It probably would have held up, but if you have anxiety about that kind of thing then it’s something to consider. 3) There is only one parking spot but two casitas, so you may have to park on the road. Even during Balloon Fiesta there was plenty of street parking (don’t worry, no parallel parking needed). But again, something to be aware of if you have qualms about parking your vehicle on the street. Overall, I had a fantastic stay. I would 100% recommend to friends and family. If I’m ever back in ABQ, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyable stay
My husband and I enjoyed this little place! It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It's within easy walking distance from Old Town. There is no stove but there is a microwave and a toaster oven. Thanks to the host for such a pleasant experience.

Perfect for two!
Almost everything was perfectly lovely for two people. Parking was super easy. There was a wide variety of coffee and tea. Plenty of dishes and extra linens. The semi-private courtyard was beautiful and relaxing. The one downside was the mattress. It needs to be replaced with a new one. Oh, and Lily was very nice and super flexible. We would stay there again, but I do hope she gets better mattress.

Walking distance to Old Town! Such a cute place! Everything you need from a hot tub to coffee pods and cream in the morning. Cute courtyard to enjoy wine and snacks too! Laundry on site! What else does anyone need? Host was exceptional. Very charming!!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Lily's Casita. Spacious, very clean, and walking distance to the plaza, several museums, and a large park. Lily and David had thought of everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems safe. I would definitely recommend this property to others visiting the area!

Great place to stay! Close ( walking about 1 to 2 blocks)to New Mexico museum, Old Towne. Scenic well kept area. There is also a park about a block away. Easy to find groceries also. Clean and fresh! Has a hot tub.

The studio apartment is within walking distance of the historic center of Albuquerque. It is tastefully designed with all the necessary appliances for a short few days' stay. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

This was a great little place to stop on our cross-country road trip. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The location was a great! We walked to Old Town and then did short Uber rides or drives to other attractions. Definitely a great place for a couple for a few days!

Beautiful old town rental
This was a fantastic experience staying in this beautiful old town rental. Walkable to everything in old town. Beautiful private rental. Lovely secluded patio right outside your door with a sauna and Jacuzzi. Private parking available. The hosts mother is on site and available if you need anything. To sum her up in one word she’s lovely.. so is her dog Cody. Glad we had a chance to chat with her a little bit, which added to our wonderful experience there. If you’re looking for a place right in old town where you can just walk to everything. Don’t pass this rental up. So glad we stayed there hoping one day to revisit and stay again.

More fabulous than expected
The Casita that I stayed in was absolutely perfect for my short stay in Albuquerque. The location was absolutely amazing, right off the central plaza. I walked everywhere. The place itself was immaculately clean, lots of odds and ends that were very helpful, and well thought out. The shared spaces of the patio and the hot tub were exactly what I imagined and hoped for. The hot tub was great and functional. I also just appreciate the small touches on the inside like the plush robes, the coffee/tea and creamer in the fridge and plenty of towels. I ran into the owner twice and she was delightful and even has a cute dog to boot. I would absolutely recommend this place and will hopefully stay again in the future!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED this romantic little Casita! Every detail was perfect and we were so comfortable! It was the perfect weekend getaway for our trip to Albuquerque! No detail was overlooked- the decor and amenities of the room made it so cozy on a cold, windy night! It is absolutely charming! We would love to visit again and enjoy this room for longer stay- thank you for making this one of my favorite places we have ever enjoyed visiting! ☺️

This small Casita was perfect for our needs. When the weather forced a change in our hiking plans, it was great to be within 2 blocks of the square. Communication with host was excellent, check in was smooth and easy. The laundry facility was a nice plus. Cute patio. Modest cooking facilities, but abundant dining out opportunities nearby. Lilly, who lives on site in house up front, was a delightful and gracious hostess. If we return for a longer stay, we will try to book the larger rental unit upstairs, with a full kitchen and screen porch.

Please replace the bed! It is not confortable and very noisey. A nice memory foam mattress on a solid platform would be spectacular. Also, the heater sounds like a gun firing - LOUD. Scared the dogs. Otherwise, I would say it was nicely appointed. Loved having a dog door to the courtyard and the park and old town within blocks! Thank you!

Very close to everything!
This place is super close to Old Town, Biopark, and lots of great restaurants. Old Town is less than a 5 min walk so you can drop things off and keep shopping without losing too much time. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Small heater in bathroom during cold season which was perfect. They had a large selection of shampoos, conditioners, and shower gels so if you forget yours it shouldn't really be a problem. They have a sauna and hot tub available for use as well.

Nice quaint property. Good location, (except street parking- make sure you lock your doors because ours got broken into, luckily we didn't have too much of value in the car). Bed was a little too plush for our liking but it was fine. Also we didn't have too much use for the kitchen, we probably would have rather sprung for somewhere with a larger bathroom and smaller kitchen area. Overall worked for our trip, no complaints. Great communication easy no. Contact check in and out. Due to changes in travel plans and flight cancellations I only spent one night and was not able to use hot tub or sauna as I had planned. Fridge had bottled water and large variety of Kpods, much appreciated!! Very clean and inviting..walked to old town plaza, would have loved to use your bikes for a ride and will be back when I have time to enjoy all that you have to offer! Thank you! Absolutely A Dream
This was our first time using VRBO. That being said , anything going forward has a very high level of perfection to achieve. The Casita host , created us upon arrival as though she had been drawn into a beautiful southwestern painting. Incredible atmosphere and attention paid to every detail. This place was so beautiful and enhanced our stay in Albuquerque so much, we would rearrange dates to be able to stay here again. Highly recommend and a big thank you to Lilly for a wonderful place to stay!

This charming casita has everything you would need for a visit to Albuquerque! It is located 2 blocks away from Old Town. There is even access to a shared laundry room, which we did not know about until we got there and was a nice bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights, and the owner of the main house was so fun to talk to!

Pretty much can’t say enough good things about this stay. The property is so beautiful and in a GREAT location right next to Old Town. No detail was forgotten, the place is absolutely adorable, and Lily made sure I had everything I needed. The patio and fire pit were private and soooo peaceful. The unit was private, as well, and I was so comfortable. Quiet and safe for my line traveling. The bed is great and wifi worked excellent for my remote work. This was a perfect place to rejuvenate my soul. I stayed a month and wish I could have stayed longer. Hot tub at night was devine! Thank you for being my favorite place to stay, Lilly!

Loved this property! So cute an perfect for a birthday weekend for our daughter at the zoo. There was room for us to bring an air mattress for her (she’s 4) and then we also got a rollaway bed and it slept 4 of us well. The Queen bed was comfortable and even the rollaway was memory foam. It was all decorated so cute. The patio was perfect for a small birthday celebration. The kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, dishes, condiments and extras. The hot tub was a highlight. Very quiet neighborhood and close to all the old town tourist sites. Well worth the money and I would book here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place for a short getaway
This casita is the perfect place for a getaway. It is close to lots of great restaurants, has tons of extra little amenities, and the hot tub is sooo relaxing. The courtyard is quaint and a great place for an outdoor meal shared with family or friends. Highly recommended!
