2.2 mile to Balloon Fiesta Park. 10 minutes from Sandia Peak Tramway/Ski area access.The north valley of Albuquerque provides a charming location for this comfortable space. Beautiful cottonwoods frame views of the balloons and Sandia Mountains. Spacious bedroom with king size bed, living room with couch and kitchenette provide lovely accommodations. Take in views from the upper deck or relax in the hot tub in back yard. Stairs lead the way to your abode in the the far North Valley. Covered parking for your vehicle.
The space
Upstairs separate apartment above large home. Enjoy your own private access separate from main house. Around 550 square feet. Large bedroom with king size bed. Lovely tiled bathroom, Kitchenette with stove , microwave and refrigerator. Living room with sleeper sofa. Outdoor deck with great views. Enjoy heavily planted outdoor areas, patios, decks and hot tub. A renowned guitar teacher and great friend of the host lives and teacher in a lovely music/art studio on the back part of the property separate from the main house and casita. He is available for guest needs as well.

Come and go as you like. Guests have private access to the Guadalupe Casita. Shared areas include a Lovely yard and chickens greet guests if you wish to explore the outdoor areas of the property. Decks, patios and hot tub in shared space of backyard.

Awesome North Valley location!

I really enjoyed my stay at Jason’s casita! It had everything I needed - a well supplied kitchen, a comfy bed, a fabulous shower - all on a wonderfully eclectic property - with chickens! And it was perfectly located for some work I was doing a few blocks away. I’d definitely recommend it - and will stay there again in the future!

We came down for a baseball tournament. I found this location on VRBO verses staying in a hotel. I was very pleased with the stay and found it very pleasant. The host was helpful and friendly. The location was great and quiet. Easy access to all areas of Albuquerque.

Great Location and Bonus Pets

Great location for what I was in town for and really close to the highway as well. Super quiet which was great for working, and I also had no problem finding places to go for walks close by (there’s a bike path along Alameda that leads to an open space). Being welcomed by a very friendly dog and people was nice too! Easy check-in/out. I’ll continue to stay here any time I’m in town as long as it’s available.

Convenient Location

Stayed for a work trip and the location was great for everywhere I had to be. Also easy to get out to take a few walks as there’s a bike path nearby and Alameda is walkable overall. Had all the necessities for my stay (especially coffee and a/c) and the added bonus of a friendly cat in the fun backyard area. Very responsive host as well. Easy check-in/out. Will definitely stay again next time I’m down in the ABQ.

It was magical

The place was clean and safe. The manager was very nice and polite. The apartment was well stocked with a lot more items than we expected. I will stay here if possible every time I go to visit my son. I couldn’t be happier

The kitchenette was clean. The carpet is old and stained and the yard area is overgrown and not maintained, unlike the pictures. There is no "view" as asvertised except into neighbors' back yards which are not maintained. There's junk piled around the property.Dogs are bsrking at 6 am We stayed one night and left We reserved 5 nights. No refund

Guadalupe Casita

Other than going in March when most vegetation is still dormant for winter, the property is nice. The host was amazing and we had everything we needed. It’s a great place for a quiet little get away. Having hot tub towels and separate shower towels would have been nice because of the Chlorine. But, we didn’t ask for them and I bet we would have gotten them. Next time I will! Thank you for a relaxing time!

Kitchen and Bath were clean. Didn’t use the stove. Microwave worked and had a good fridge. Close to Balloon Park. Neighborhood is a little old. Casita is roomy. Had a little musky odor when we 1st walked in but bedroom was good. Furnishings are eclectic!Parking is tight with a large vehicle.Enjoyed our stay, except the Balloons didn’t go up
