The Turtle House is located in the beautiful foothills of the Sandia Mountains. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, single-story, 1250 sq ft home. The relaxing outdoor space is a private retreat following a busy day of sight-seeing, hiking, or visiting art galleries in the area. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Whether your choice is to relax and enjoy a movie, sit by the kiva fireplace, or prepare a homemade dinner, the Turtle House has all of the comforts of home. We have taken great measures to make sure you are comfortable! The beds are equipped with top-quality bedding for a great night's rest so you can wake up ready to enjoy all the wonderful sights, sounds, and smells the Land of Enchantment has to offer. The Turtle House is conveniently located near many great hiking and mountain biking trails. It is also less than 15 minutes from Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway, Sandia Resort and Casino, great golf courses, plus lots more! Great home in a nice area!

We had a great experience staying here! Eloy made the check-in process extremely easy for us, the house is very nice, beautiful yard where you can relax, nice/safe area of town, and close to a lot of hikes! I would highly recommend staying at this home.

Cute house with great backyard

The house was perfect for our stay in Albuquerque while we went on several winter birding excursions. The location was convenient to many hiking trails. We loved the backyard landscaping and the house was outfitted with everything we needed.

The Turtle House was a great option for us. We don't rent homes often, but this was an easy prosess with a great 3 bedroom property. Lots of natural light with a great backyard sitting area. Thankyou for including amenities like coffee and charcoal for the bbq.We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Great place

This was a great little house! The ability to use the garage made it feel like home (and kept the car cool!). The location is perfect, very close to trails and the Sandia peak while also being near enough to shopping that nothing felt inconvenient. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Albuquerque!

Great house and location

So glad we stayed at Turtle house during the ballon fiesta and eclipse. Kitchen is well appointed, clean rooms, and nice garage if you have a rental car. Would highly recommend as the property management was very accommodating with our family!

Wonderful Property

This adorable adobe-style house was roomy, clean, and inviting. The coffee/tea station and other little details were much appreciated! The courtyard area was my absolute favorite. I'll definitely book again when I'm back in Albuquerque visiting! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home.

Fun little mini-vacation in Albuquerque

Met my Mom and brother here for a few days, since we each live in different corners of the USA, to explore ABQ and the surrounding areas. What a cute little house for a home base! Location was great, very safe and quiet, house was very clean and everything worked as it should. The back yard patio is such a great place to relax and drink coffee in the early morning hours. We highly recommend the Turtle House and would definitely stay there again if visiting ABQ!

We had a great stay! It’s a very nice property with great landscaping! The air conditioning works which is important to us 😂. Comfortable leather couches and a very comfortable master bed. I accidentally booked for the wrong night and they quickly accommodated us to stay a night earlier!

Nice house.

Enjoyed staying in the Turtle House in Albuquerque. Was there almost two weeks. Great location and nicely equipped home. Two problems -- could not figure out the coffee pot and could not figure out how to use the tv system. When I tried to watch golf on CBS, the system wanted to charge a fee. Neither of these two issues was a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The house, the garage and the neighborhood were not disappointing.

The location was good and the home was clean. We have stayed in several rentals over the past 7 years. Our major concern was the lack of common rental amenities such as more than one box of tissues, trash bags, storage bags, and items such as measuring cups. The best part of this this rental was the outdoor space which we enjoyed daily.

Turtlehouse Perfection

This rental was as advertised. Location is in a nice part of town, convenient to grocery store and restaurants. We were attending an Archery tournament at Balloon Fiesta Park and it was only about a 15 minute drive. House was clean and the outdoor setting was private and lovely. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Albequerque!
