Gorgeous, private, comfy, clean & close to EDO

Historic cute house with a lot of charm in the heart of Albuquerque. Beautiful house close to Nob hill (2.3miles), CNM(1 block), UNM(0.8 miles) and a block from beautiful Roosevelt park 6 mins from Albuquerque International Airport. Private driveway, offstreet parking, garage, backyard and storage. Completely private, Unit B of the duplex.
Located by Nob Hill; quiet, friendly, peaceful, safe neighborhood with lot of charm. One bedroom with queen bed and a living room with a sofa that can be converted to queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen for someone who like to cook. Less than 5 mins from Nob Hill where all the best restaurants, breweries and coffe roasteries. Private driveway, offstreet and garage parking. Easy access to the I 25. A short drive to Old Town, UNM and International Balloon Fiesta. A block from the beautiful Roosevelt Park.

The home is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

I would stay at this place again. Easy walking distance to UNM and parks. On a busy street, but it’s quiet inside. Everything I needed was available here. Good communication with host. No complaints!

Long weekend getaway

Our stay was a true authentic New Mexico experience. The home was cozy and clean. The driveway was a little narrow so if you have a large vehicle you may want to park on the street. The neighborhood was quiet and near downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Overnight in Albuquerque

We drive from Texas to Colorado quite often and need a place to stay with our fur-babies to get a good night’s rest. The house was quaint and sufficient in a quiet neighborhood. The bed/pillows were great.

Great central location

We were in Abq for a short getaway. This was our first time in the city, and picked this place almost at random. We were pleased with the ease of getting to all the things we ended up doing and seeing. The place was comfortable and well-appointed for our needs.

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable place close to UNM & airport.

I was attending a conference at UNM and the location of this property was perfect. On nice days I did the short 20 min walk to campus. The place is well appointed, even good coffee and coffee mate was provided. Very clean and modern amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would rent again if I am back in ABQ.

Would've liked a totally fenced yard for our dog but there was a lovely park just 2 blocks away. The bed was comfortable and the house was quiet with very little traffic noise. Much better than staying in a motel!.

Funky little place - Great Location!!!

This is an older property that is located in a great area with access to a park a few blocks away. The age of the property means that there are some minor things, like a bathroom shelf becoming dislodged from the wall. This is not a well-appointed property in terms of personal care items like shampoo and soap. Definitely recommend bringing your own toiletries. But, it was a great place for me and my dog while we visited the Nob Hill area of Albuquerque and even further afield.
