Bed covers stained. Stain on two of the rags and towels. I'm a burqueño myself, so I know the city is a little rough, but damn there was dopeheads all around that area.
(Heidi) the maintenance man, and the women at the desk in the morning are all very friendly. Thank you guys. But the rooms could really use an upgrade old tv, (remote didn't work) had trouble getting the door open everytime I went in and out of the room.

I got to the property and they had cancelled my reservation. did not give me a reason why and would not give me any kind of receipt. Mind you, this was on Oct. 1, first day of Balloon Festival. I booked this back in Nov. 2021. I'm sure they cancelled to get someone for a bigger price. They suck!!!:(
I booked a package (air, hotel and rental car) through Expedia. I had confirmation numbers for each item. When I got to the hotel, the very rude desk person asked for my last name and said she didn't have a booking for me. She wouldn't even take my confirmation number. Just kept responding "thats between you and Expedia." Luckily Expedia made everything right and we were booked into another hotel.
The area feels very sketchy with intense characters hanging around.

The staff were sweet but at 11pm I heard someone trying to get into my room which was really scary . I phoned the front desk and she said she’d send her boyfriend to check ….heard loud shouting in the night.
In trough being their alone with my 7 year old daughter I freaked out a little and decided to move furniture to barricade the door to feel safe!
Attendant had door locked. Homeless person sitting at door. Attendant said this homeless person often there. Beds were not made after one night. The mattress must have been old since it sunk in. Also, breakfast was listed on the website but no breakfast was allowed. Also, breakfast is still listed on the sign outside but no breakfast. Most people would not return as is right now.
shower faucet broken, toilet doesn't flush unless manually put water. Floor with wet surfaces when I checked in. Didnt bother to switch rooms because i'm so tired.

Hotel was really dirty pulling into parking lot thought oh crap i can't cancel or ill still be charged,pool had not been cleaned in a long time,i expected frogs or lizards to be in the pool as it was filthy
On first floor. Door didn't lock bathroom window had no lock. Had to cram tray in window to keep it secure. Huge bugs in bathtub. Crumbs in the bed. Cancelled out 2nd night. STILL WAITING for refund on second night & STILL WAITING on our Security Deposit Refund. No where to Park either parking lot way to small didnt even get to check out the pool. Poor Architecture of building & lot. girl who checked us in was nice but thats it.
The property was nothing like the picture online. It was in an awful part of town, the grounds were being renovated, the pool was green, furniture in the parking lot, front doors were difficult to unlock, the rooms were horribly small and out dated, the bathroom sink had a leak. It was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. To top it off it was $110 a night and should've been $49 a night. I definitely want a refund!!!
Super dirty there was a roach on the bed, the pool was green, no breakfast offered, no parking, insecure , there was homeless outside the building, we ended up leaving, we didn’t stay overnight as planned
This is by far the most disgusting run down hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was unprepared and unprofessional!! WITH reservations it took 30+ minutes to get checked in. We reserved 2 handicap accessible rooms and neither were handicap accessible. The front desk clerk had so little training she made at least 10 phone calls to a coworker “hey girl sorry can you help me”. We slept on top of the bed and comforter and didn’t use blankets bc our sheets were dirty/stained, the bathroom floor had visible shoe prints... I’m so mad I’ll be filling a grievance with my credit card company.

Second room was fine.
the room was not very clean, there was trash under the bed, the linens were dirty, I sat on the corner of the bed and the fitted sheet lifted up and exposed stains upon stains, and hair. The lock was broken so I had to trust that no one would use the key lock or try to break it.

Parking was terrible. Location was not to great. Lots of riff riaff type neighborhood. Checkin was horrible. Took about 30 plus minutes of waiting before I checked in and checking out was no different.

I do apologize for the time is took to get checked in and out we have all new staff on top of being short handed front is now having to close front desk to go clean rooms . we are downtown there nothing we can do about the people that walk by as it is public side walk . But we have had anyone break into any of our guest cars or trucks we are always watching the cameras or walking out to make sure thing are good . we are a small hotel so there only so much parking we have .
Outstanding! The staff, although reserved in manner, were extremely accommodating and helpful. I was stranded in Gallup due to car trouble. They found a spot for me to wait for a room and gave me an early check in. First room toilet was broken and moved me over one room within minutes. I forgot my AirPods and they called within 15 minutes of my leaving the hotel to let me know what I left behind. Extremely grateful for the staff and loved my stay despite personal circumstances
There was absolutely NOTHING I liked about the property, the outside was dirty, people hanging around and parking was very limited. When I arrived at 9:15 PM I was told by the clerk (who was very rude) that my double bed room was already given to someone else (even though I paid with a credit card and confirmed the room online and I called to confirm a bottom floor). She also told me that I would not be charged, but when I checked my credit card there was a charge for the room. I was told that the only available room was a king bed. Since there were 4 in my party and 2 vehicles, one bed was not sufficient and there was no where to park other than the street. We had to drive all night as there were no available rooms in Albuquerque or in the surrounding area so we slept in our car at a rest stop for a couple of hours before continuing to our destination in Texas.
