Near the Petroglyph National Monument with its ancient volcanoes, important archaeological sites, and some 24,000 carvings, Casa Bonita is an amazing & sizable home spread over 2 levels.
Resting within a relaxed and friendly community on the West side of ABQ, this 3-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. This modern and functional vacation rental is beautifully decorated and designed for relaxation & convenience.
Massive yard with a resort-style heated pool, hot tub!

The Space:
Casa Bonita grants full access to a large yard with a resort-style heated pool, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and seating—a perfect space for family entertainment. Small dogs are welcome! The pool is open March 1st to October 20th, weather permitting, while the hot tub is open year-round.

The house features two living areas, an upstairs balcony with mountain views, and amenities like games, pool toys, and high-speed internet for a stylish and enjoyable family vacation.

- Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or prior to check-in whichever is sooner.
- Accidental Damage Protection Every stay at Irvie Homes comes with peace of mind, featuring up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection.
Coverage Details:
Protected: Accidental damages to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $3,000.
Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.
- Pool open March 1st to October 20th. The opening and closing are weather dependent. Hot Tub is open year-round.
- November through March there is a Hot Tub heating fee of $100 per stay if you would like to use the Hot Tub.
- We welcome your furry friends with an additional charge of $200
- Guest to provide own log in for streaming services.
- Please keep air coolers on if possible
- Ring doorbell and Arlo outside cameras front and back
- Ample parking is available on site. Please note the garage is not available for guests.
- Pack ‘n Play if needed for your little ones

House Rules:
• No local guests allowed within 50 miles of property
• Must be 25 years of age to book
• Guest must complete Check In Form to agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
• Quite hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No smoking on property or consuming Illegal substances of any kind. We advise a $250 additional cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected inside.
• No parties or events
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• No illegal fireworks
• Must obey house Occupancy Limits.
• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it.
• Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately.

• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home.

Covid and other Communicable Diseases Restrictions
• Please visit the NM Department of Health website to view any restrictions or travel advisories
• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus or other contagious disease including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.
• Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.

POOL Rules
• Children MUST be accompanied by an adult in the pool area AT ALL TIMES. Please be vigilant with the whereabouts of your children at all times.
• No alcohol, tobacco or drugs allowed.
• Guest must check pool water level to ensure water level is halfway up the Skimmer. If water is low Guest must call Host.
• No confetti of any type allowed in our home. This causes issues with the pool and hot tub and could cause them to not work for your stay.
• No drinks in the pool or hot tub. If drinks are spilt in the pool or hot tub, it will cause the pool or hot tub chemical levels to drop or rise to unsafe levels. An additional fee will be incurred If the water is to be changed for this issue.
• Gatherings are not allowed. PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOME AND NEIGHBORS. Any reports to the police will not be tolerated. If the Police are contacted, we too are contacted. This will result in your stay being terminated with no refund. We want you to enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time in our home but do not want to put our home or neighbors at risk.
• No fireworks
• No children under 14 without adult supervision, there is no lifeguard on duty and guest and visitors assume all responsibility of injury.

Great house for family vacation
Our family of four adults loved this vacation. The house was clean, functional and as advertised and photographed. The host was kind and responsive. Great pool, hot tub in great shape, lovely second floor balcony. Fabulous location as well. We miss it already.

Casa Bonita
This house had a great layout for our family. Three couples -- parents and our adult children and their spouses. The house was beautifully located --near the Petroglyphs, Old Town, grocery shopping, and restaurants. Communication was exceptional. Carl sent a terrific "Albuquerque Metro Plan" outlining things to do during a four-day visit.

What a great place!
We had a great stay here. It was the perfect place for us. Clean, great backyard, great master bedroom. Host was easy to communicate with. Also within walking distance of hiking trails at the petroglyphs park. Also, good central location. Would stay here again!

We really appreciated the "extras" at this home including a coffee bar with the coffee essentials; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers; and condiments and spices in the fridge and pantry! The beds and linens were all very comfortable and it was a perfect home for our large family to spend time together. Thank you for your hospitality! We’re do I start. We loved this home and would recommend to anyone visiting the Albuquerque area. The house was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities you could want. More than enough kitchen utensils, plates, cups and glasses. The balcony upstairs was a hit! We could see the balloons from the balloon fiesta! But more importantly was our communication with Teresa. She not only answered all our questions about the home but was knowledgeable about restaurants, events happening in the area, and everything we needed to know about the ballon fiesta. You’re going to love this home. Make this home a must accommodation if you visit Albuquerque!
